I found out that they had revised their option for the access level.

LEVEL 500 (Channel Manager)
LEVEL 450+ (Trusted Channel Admin)
LEVEL 400+ (Userlist Admin)
LEVEL 200 (Userlist Op)
LEVEL 100+ (Channel Operator)
LEVEL 75+ (New Channel Operator)
LEVEL 50+ (Trusted Channel Regular)
LEVEL 25+ (Channel Regular)
LEVEL 1+ (Minimum Access)

This is great, at least I can revise the rules in giving accesses in #cavite. The funny thing is, it was last updated: September 28, 2003. Seems im really quite busy this days.
